By downloading or using Math Riddles, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. The app is provided by Moocsoft (Huseyin Sahinli).

Using the app

Math Riddles is free to play, with an optional Premium purchase described below. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the app, nor create derivative works from it.

Battle mode and fair play

Battle mode matches you against another player in real time. Round results, damage, trophies and energy are all decided on our servers, not on your device.

You agree not to modify the app, automate play, or otherwise interfere with matchmaking or scoring. Accounts used for this may be reset or removed without notice.

Leaving a match before it ends counts as a loss, so that quitting cannot be used to protect a trophy count.

Nicknames

Your nickname is visible to other players on the leaderboard and to opponents, together with a supporter tag if you hold Premium. You may change it once. It must not be offensive, impersonate another person, or infringe anyone's rights. We may reset nicknames that break this rule.

Virtual items

Trophies and energy have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are not transferable. They may be adjusted or reset if a fault or abuse affects them. Watching an optional video may grant energy; energy also refills over time at no cost. Premium removes the energy limit entirely.

Premium

Premium is optional. It removes ads, gives unlimited battle energy, reveals puzzle solutions without watching a video, and adds a supporter tag to your leaderboard entry. Everything else in the game is available without it, and Premium gives no advantage in a battle — rounds are decided purely on who answers correctly first.

You can buy Premium as a monthly subscription, a yearly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in your own currency inside the app before you confirm.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends, and your account is charged within the 24 hours before renewal. The lifetime purchase is a single payment and never renews.

Manage or cancel a subscription in your store account — iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions; Android: Google Play → Payments and subscriptions. Cancelling from inside this app is not possible, and deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Payment is taken by Apple or Google rather than by us, so refunds follow their policies: Apple · Google. Contact us first if something went wrong and we will help where we can.

Use Restore purchases on the Premium screen to bring a purchase back on a new device, as long as you are signed in to the same store account. Deleting your in-app data does not cancel or refund a purchase; restoring it afterwards brings Premium back.

If we ever discontinue Premium, active subscriptions will be allowed to run to the end of the period already paid for.

Advertising

For players without Premium, the app is funded by ads served through Google AdMob. Interacting with an ad is a matter between you and the advertiser; we are not responsible for third-party content or offers.

Availability

Battle mode requires an internet connection and depends on third-party services. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the app, including battle mode, at any time. Single-player content works offline.

Your data

How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy. You can delete your account from inside the app, or at moocsoft.net/delete-account.

Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moocsoft is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the app.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the app changes. The date at the top of this page always shows the current version. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.
