By downloading or using Math Riddles, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. The app is provided by Moocsoft (Huseyin Sahinli).

Using the app

Math Riddles is free to use. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the app, nor create derivative works from it.

Battle mode and fair play

Battle mode matches you against another player in real time. Round results, damage, trophies and energy are all decided on our servers, not on your device.

You agree not to modify the app, automate play, or otherwise interfere with matchmaking or scoring. Accounts used for this may be reset or removed without notice.

Leaving a match before it ends counts as a loss, so that quitting cannot be used to protect a trophy count.

Nicknames

Your nickname is visible to other players on the leaderboard and to opponents. You may change it once. It must not be offensive, impersonate another person, or infringe anyone's rights. We may reset nicknames that break this rule.

Virtual items

Trophies and energy have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are not transferable. They may be adjusted or reset if a fault or abuse affects them. Watching an optional video may grant energy; energy also refills over time at no cost.

Advertising

The app is funded by ads served through Google AdMob. Interacting with an ad is a matter between you and the advertiser; we are not responsible for third-party content or offers.

Availability

Battle mode requires an internet connection and depends on third-party services. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the app, including battle mode, at any time. Single-player content works offline.

Your data

How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy. You can delete your account from inside the app, or at moocsoft.net/delete-account.

Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moocsoft is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the app.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the app changes. The date at the top of this page always shows the current version. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.
